Thank you for shopping with us! If you need to return an item, please review our guidelines and follow the steps below.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused, unworn, and unwashed items.

After 30 days, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items.

Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Tour Merchandise (all sales final)
Face Masks
Swimwear (bikini tops, sports bras)
Underwear
Body Jewelry
CDs, Vinyl, DVDs, and Books

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers outside North America (including Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, and Asia) are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1: Confirm eligibility

Step 2: Email support@merchsupport.net to request a return

Step 3: Our team will provide a return form — print and include it in your package

Step 4: Pack your items securely, attach a return label, and drop them off with your mail carrier

Step 5: Keep your return tracking number and share it with us

Step 6: Email us to confirm drop-off, and we will monitor the return progress

Once your item is received in our warehouse, we will process it and issue a refund.

We can also issue a pre-paid return label for $10.00 USD — just ask us how!
